Done with disney world vacation, traveling home. Did not workout at all, except for the full days of walking and carrying kids...nutritin was spotty, but overall not really that bad. Not sure if I wand to reverse my previous de load and ramp back into lifting, or just hit this new cycle head on...I am open to ideas, regardless, I will start lifting again monday..I may do some light cardio on sat or sun just to get my body used to moving again, but for now its just recovery mode!
