*5th pressing workout in 8 days so I will take it. Yeah he did db preacher curls and flyes what is next tanning and concentration curls? LOL. I decided to do bodypart training after my main lifts to enhance recovery and add a little muscle.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
