-Deload is now done, taking a break from training for about a week while my family and I travel literally up and down the east coast for christmas. If I am able to sneak a workout it, it will be pushups, etc. and be very quick...my main concern is to not screw w/ my CNS too bad and make myself sluggish. Gonna come back after the New Year and continue to tear it up!
