I sometimes wish i had my own gym at home, but there's only one spare room and its too small ( its a storage room, 12ft x 6ft but leaves only 7ft x 6ft with a high enough ceiling
I have a sandbag too which I made 25 and 50lb smallers bags in construction type garbage bags which I put in my army duffel bag. A tire is something I wish I had, but cannot find one. That sounds like a nice setup though.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
