I think that is all. I live in NJ too where do you live. Thanks the bench could be a lot better I did 365 as my best which was easy. DL has been a good lift but has stalled lately. I am still trying to figure it out.
I train at my workout partner's farmhouse.. nothing fancy.. just a self made squat rack, a barbell, adjustable dbs, adjustable bench, lots of weights & a thick pull up bar, a tyre, a punching bag that sometimes double up as a sand bag for lifting
I sometimes wish i had my own gym at home, but there's only one spare room and its too small ( its a storage room, 12ft x 6ft but leaves only 7ft x 6ft with a high enough ceiling
