*My whole shoulder hurt today on clean and presses which was weird. I had a fun night last night and only slept like 4 hours tops and had quite the hangover and felt like sleeping instead of working out but something is better than nothing.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
