Plan is going to be sun, mon...wed, thur for deload..after that I will be on the road for about a week traveling and working out will prob bot happen...if it does, I am lucky...if I get cabin fever maybe I can do some bw type workouts...when I get back I will run an "up load"...to get accustomed to lifting heavy again
