I agree, I think MOST (not all) of the time increasing frequency is a good idea. Also, how is training the shed working out for you so far? It sounds pretty awesome to me.
I just get stiffer and feel less energized on 4 days. As for the shed it is pretty awesome. It was 18 degrees out on Tuesday so warming up sucks and the bar or axle is freezing, but it builds characther lol.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
