*Obviously I suck at deadlifting on fridays and this is not a one time occurance and has been recurring. I am going to try doing my DL after Squats and see how that goes. My body just shut down and said F you I ain't picking that up today.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
