Thursday - Day 7 of deload, light deadlifts
Nursing a cold since Sunday, hasn't impacted workouts though since I have been deloading. Mostly wake up with congestion, gets cleared up the first few hours I am awake, and I feel more tired than usual at night.
Today is the last day of my deload, I will be taking it easy.
Cambered Bar Deadlift
213x3, 10 sets, 30 seconds rest between sets
Lunch - will be a repeat of AM workout
