Both done with very little rest

Lunch - Tire Work

Chest Press 62.5x6 sets
Low Lat Row 62.5x3 sets
High Row 87.2x3 sets
Tricep Pushdown 25x2 sets
Bicep Curl 37.5x1 set

5 sets bodyweight dips for pump
2 sets pushups for pump
