Well I went to do my DL workout after work like normal and I sucked.
Db snatch- up to 80x3
DL- worked up to 405
DB swing- up to 125x5
Dragon Flag- 15-14-13
Plate pinches ss calf raises- 25x20sec/bw x 20 25x20sec/bw x 20 25x30sec/bw x 30
then I stopped in disgust then had a nice hip thrusting session then went out to eat a lot of carbs.
Then 4 hours after then first workout I came back home and decided I was unhappy with my crappy effort and I was gonna make up for it or make myself suffer.

*Much better now I can sleep.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
