*Not bad for feeling like crap. I have this awful cold and breathing is awful and my chest is sore from coughing so much. I decided since I was not feeling strong today I would do more volume.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
