Continually feeling stronger. One thing that sucks about being at an army school is the fact I can only get 3 solid meals in...after consulting with WM on my nutrition, we decided that bcaa and gatorade with pb and j throughout the day is my best shot at not going catabolic...I can happily report that after 2 weeks of training twice/day (army high intensity pt in morn. Lift at night) I am, maintaining my weight, may have even put on a lb or two. (Unsure exactly as 2 diff. Scales have been used)!!!
