Felt great. I am getting strong. Great form throughout. Also started to wrap my knees on the heavy sets, feels better. I am also iin georgia for school...I had a guy tell me today I shoud compete in a raw event in jan cuz I'd beat most people...huge ego boost!!!
Deadlift:

Great as well, my mechanics are really coming along and this lift is feeling better, also feels like I am getting stronger. A different guy said today I made it look easy...again, cloud 9!!! Haha
Edit: also, in other news...I just found out that on Nov. 1 I will be pinned and promoted to Staff Sergeant in the Army!!! I'm pumped, I've worked hard for this!
All in all, so far, so good...wish I could post vids, but I have no way to at the moment
