Opened my package yesterday and didn't feel like doing the fit test so I went right into day one of the program. It was alot harder than I expected and I wasn't able to finish the whole thing. Did 35 of the 42 mins. Will do the fit test tonight to get a base line. Also going to start going light on weights so I'm not too sore for the program.
Did some light back work today
Close grip cable pull downs
Behind back trap shrugs
Also altering diet a bit. Changes as follows.
Meal 1 one scoop protien w/creatine one cup coffee
Meal 2 one pkt oatmeal
Meal 3 one scoop protein
Post workout both oatmeal and protien
This continues alternating between two and three every two hours for 8 meals a day for a total of 1130 cals a day while maintaining the same percents previous.
Meal 7 and 8 sub casin in shake but maintain cals
