Day 3, squat, deadlift...again!
Squats: 350x3x5
Deadlift: 340x3x4
Was in serious DOMS all day, unsure about how the workout would go...rocked it though..all sets and reps felt great. My only complaint in this gym I have to train at temporarily, while being a very nice gym (like all army gyms normally are), they do not allow chalk...so my grip was slippong slightly..o well.
Day off tomorrow, thank God!
