The easy way is to say I'm a surgon only I'm a nurse. If you have any idea what a physicians assistant is apply that to surgery and you have a good idea. I run my own OR and handle my own patients but do a case review with a surgical MD at the end of the day where he signs off on my work. I hope to get my full MD soon but have yet to apply.

That's cool, sounds like a fun job. Your soreness from like working out arms the day before never affects your surgery skills? Keep up the good work!
