Ok doing really well with diet today. Went shopping so I have some food again.

Did legs today

Walking lunges dumbbell
1x10@50 (warmup)
3x10@70

I found the walking lunges gave me more stability and allowed me to go deeper with more weight

Squat
1x10@135 (warmup)
1x10@185

Then I got paged and had to stop but was really getting into it. Those lunges tore me up. Hours later I am still feeling them. They may be my new favorite exercise.
