So I had to work and did not get home till about 7:15pm, gym closes at 8pm. Got to the gym at like 7:30pm and did what i could as fast as i could. Rested about 3:30 mins between bench sets. Barely got 180 up for 2 reps, picked a good weight. Heavy deadlift session tomorrow.
