Rotator Cuff Work
Didn't have the energy to go to the gym after work today. So I used my home DBs to workout at home. Only rested 1 min between set and just pumped away. Did some rotator cuff work at the end because I didn't want to do too much volume with shoulders. They get enough of a beating from squatting and benching. Gonna give my CNS a break before doing heavy bench. Might do a DE day inbetween if I get time. Only 8 more days till I head up to Tallahassee for my race on the 23rd and powerlifting competition nov 6th. Hopefully I can find a gym up there to work out at for cheap during the 2 weeks I'm up there.
