10/11/10 - Strength Squat
3x5 w/ 360 lbs
3x5 w/ 115 lbs
Took a few days off which worked well because i felt good squatting. Was supposed to do 195, 205, 220 but i have done 225 for 2 before so I knew I could get it. Still slow out of the hole, otherwise i prolly would have attempted a 3rd rep and gotten it. Prolly taking today off because i have to work and then going to the Heat game at night. Tomorrow will prolly be overhead press hypertrophy, got to work on my rear delts some.
