*So much for deloading lol that lasted one day, but still made a big difference. Not bad at all today. My should still bothers me, but I was able to manage 8 reps with out much difficulty at 280. My best is almost 11 but I can't be disappointed by this effort. I tried a new shoulder warmup on my upperbody days and it seems to be helping.
