Just my input, the 300 workout is a nice change of pace, but is more geared to someone who is cutting. You aren't gonna put on mass with that.

Nice progression, and I have found like you it is hard to eat sometimes. I literally force feed myself when necessary. You have to force the body to grow sometimes. Keep at it.
