October 17th is the end of my cut. October 10th marks the start of the pre-contest (although, there is NO contest) diet. I will be using this:
Practice Depletion workout, 5 circuits, roughly 5 exercises each, 10-15 reps mostly, Pulling, Chest, Bicep, Delts, Legs.
