Played another game of 1 on 1 basketball
Friend showed up this time and wanted to play basketball first. Then he said he hates doing legs so I did squats while he did chest. Then we did some leg extensions together and then played some more basketball. If I have nothing to do tonight, I might go back and do some deadlifts and abs.
