My friend wanted to play basketball and then workout. He showed up late so I played 2 games without him. Then he said he had a migraine and I was tired from basketball. So he went home and I did the workout above. He says he'll come do legs & abs with me tomorrow. We'll see. I guess my hopes of having a partner for the first time in like 5 years are not looking too good.
