I am LOVING the eccentric-less, training. I have used it as my second session of the day for 13 days straight of double sessions all while in a calorie deficit. I REALLY feel it is beneficial to recovery and growth.
Yea it was fun. My chest isn't too sore today and I had a good back workout last night and a good leg workout this morning. I'll have to start doing more laps or more weight and see how much I really like it when it gets difficult.
