thanks. not gonna lie though, its tough....but i wouldnt have it any other way.
my plan for the finish is:
tues: army pt test for school in oct. / if i can make it home in time i have a flag football game...if i cannot get to that and feel ok, i may lift
weds: fall back lifting session
thurs: maybe light cardio
/ lift (unsure)
(if i dont friday)
in bold is my prefferred plan...a few variables, mostly how i feel
after smolov, i need a deload, prob a week of de/bw work
