Smolov Intense Week#3, Day #3
-stopped one rep short, as form is most important to me now especially since widening my stance a bit...strenght will come, i feel i am getting stronger anyway
-woke up very tired today (first workout since being back to work..so getting up early was not easy), so that also factored into my stopping after 2 reps
-also feels like I pulled an oblique last week, or have an issue with my ribs..everytime I stretch my torso out it feels like a cramp..hopefully it gets better soon
