I didn't think I would have time to get in a second session. In the afternoon after work I was busy playing with my two boys and I knew the evening was going to be spent running errands and taking my oldest to soccer. Well, a friend shows up and wants to play with my kids, you know how kids are, they didn't want anything to do with Daddy once their friend was there. I had exactly 35 minutes before dinner. Perfect, 5 minutes to prep (change clothes, get tire ready, make up a quick shake) and 30 minutes to drag a tire! Gotta make the most of opportunities.
Leg Day - PM Session
Upperbody 20-24 reps, Lowerbody 50-60 reps

Forward Drag 125 x 5
Backward Drag 100 x 2, 75 x 2
Row 75 x 3
Chest Press 50 x 3
Legs are nice and sore today. I hope to hit them with some tire flips today, heck, tire flips are a total body workout.
