Rope Pulldowns: 4X10 w/ followed by drop set X10

Decline DB Pullovers: 4X10

Widegrip Cable Rows: 4X10

Hanging Leg Raises: 3X10

Cable Oblique Crunches: 3X10

Swiss Ball Crunches: 3X10
