Smith Machine Incline Press: 4PX9X3 each set w/ different angle
Supinating DB Flys: 40X15, 45X12, 50X8 last rep static hold for 30 seconds
Decline DB Press: 65X10, 65X10, 70X6
This workout felt great it was the last of the current chest programs, like I posted last week I'm seeing a vast improvement in my chest, my strength has gone up as well. The next stretch I'm going to really focus on the problem areas and see what I can do to make them grow.

Good workout tonight, my arm was really sore all day from the nightmare of a blood donation yesterday so I was a little skeptical on how my performance would be.
