Machine Curls: 5X10

Incline OH Cable Ext: 4X10, 9

Seated Hammer Curls: 5X10

Reverse Pushdowns: 5X10

Rope Pushdowns: 5X10

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X12

Cable Woodchoppers: 3X12

Machine Crunches: 3X12

Not much to report here, not a big fan of arm day, but it's always a challenge to see what I can get done in an hour. Still in some pain today, I'm hoping that it dies down before the weekend because I have a wrestling show in the Bay area.
