BB Squats: 4X8

GHR: 4X8

Plate Loaded Leg Ext: 5X8

Leg press (high & wide): 5X8

Seated Calf Raises: 6X12

Took it really easy with the squats today, my back is still bothering me a lot. Everything else went well, I got my first two weeks of weighins done, I need to calculte and see what I need to do with my calories.
