Tuesday, August 31: Legs
Just a quick leg workout at home tonight, couldn't make it out to the gym before it closed.
Squats:

185X10
205X10
225X5
135X10
Did a few lunges, calf raises, and a ton of stretching after these. My short term goal is to pump out a full set of ten with 225, and i think I'm fairly close to getting there!
