Hammer Curls: 4X10

Dips: 4X10

V-Grip Tricep Pushdowns: 4X10

Standing Oblique Crunches: 3X12

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X12

Machine Crunch: 3X12

Feeling a little tired today, I have a new schedule at work (start @ 5:30AM), still trying to adjust to it. Once again tonight would not allow myself to cop out of a workout, went and had a great one.
