thighs/calves w/ chuckles

3 giants sets: hack squat 4 plates aside (12,10,8), w/ leg press 5 plates aside (10,8,6) w/t squats 225 (10,10) 185 (20). BRUTAL!! Huge pump, though.
4 sets leg extensions 5 lbs aside w/ hamstring curls 50 lbs aside
4 sets standing calve raises w/ seated reverse tibialis raises

around 90 mins....

Cardio today....

My knees are pretty messed up; especially my left knee.
