Meal 1
2 scoops of whey and half a grapefruit. 2 whole eggs, yellow pepper, red onion and mushrooms.
Meal 2
Whole wheat pasta, grilled skinless chicken breast, roast courgettes, red onion and tomato.
Meal 3
Roasted rolled pork belly with shallot stuffing, salad with no dressing and roast courgette.
Meal 4
Grilled chicken breast with corn on the cob
Meal 5
Probably some whey and natty pb
No idea of cals today i will get this down tomorrow.
