Standing OH Press
90 (plus 10) 130x5

Top Half OH Press off rack
70 (plus 10) 130x5

Squat - extensive warmup
240x20 - new PR by 10 lbs

Plate loaded Leg Extension
50 (plus 10) 120x5 - really tried to squeeze at the top

Lying Tricep Extension
22x10, 8, 7, 6

Great workout! I'm super happy with both the dips and the new widowmaker PR. Weighed in at 178 this morning after my refeed yesterday.
