Cable Deadlifts: 5X10
T-bar Rows: 5X10
Lat Pullovers: 5X10
Hanging Leg Raises: 3X10
Standing Oblique Crunches: 3X10
Cable Crunches: 3X10
Would of liked to have gotten more done tonight, but time didn't permit. Overall lats feel good, and the cable deadlifts felt good, was thinking about how much I miss normal deadlifts today, hopefully soon.
