-Killer workout today...my energy was drained but made it through
-upper body work is maintenance ONLY!!! I do not hesitate to cut a set short if im not feeling it, just want to keep some strenght on the upper body. everything is going ok thus far...lets finish this week strong, max out and get into switching!
