DB Preacher Curls: 4X10

Machine Reverse Curls: 4X10

Incline Overhead Cable Ext: 4X10

Cable Kickbacks: 4X10

Rope Pushdowns: 4X10

Reverse Swiss Ball Crunches: 3X10

Machine Crunches: 3X10

Oblique Crunches: 3X10

Good overall workout, arms has to be one of my least favorite days, I just find it boring, but I'll always push myself anyhow.
