Leg Ext: 3 drop sets
Leg Curls: 3 drop sets
Adductors: 3 drop sets
Incline Calf raises: 3 drop sets
Beating up the legs in a different manner tonight because of the lower back issues. My legs were in so much pain to the point I was having trouble walking to the next exercise. Update on my back I will be getting it checked out this week, hopefully it's nothing major I'd hate to lose anytime in the gym or miss any wrestling matches, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
