Yesterday was an incredibly long day, got to the wrestling show around 3PM to help set up the ring, didn't go on to wrestle until 11:30PM, then breaking the ring down until 1:30AM. No injuries though so I can't complain, met Lars from Rancid as well, really nice guy. Tomorrow I'll be hitting legs again, just have to come up with creative ways to blast them without putting stress on the lower back, any suggestions?
