Pullups: BWX10, 10, 8, followed by 5 negatives

Lat Pullovers: 5X10

Closegrip Cable Rows: 5X10

Smith Machine Rows: 5X10

Back Ext: 3X12

Machine Crunches: 3X15

Cable Woodchoppers: 3X10

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X10

I find that my lats gas out so quickly, I need to build up some muscle endurance in them. Still missing the deadlift, I'm gonna have to get my back checked out soon, it's not getting any better.
