BB Rows: 6X10

Lat Pulldowns: 4X10, follow by 30 second static holds

DB Pullovers: 4X10

Incline DB Rows: 4X10

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X15

Swiss Ball Medicine Ball Toss: 3X10

Happy with this workout, but really missing the deadlift.
