Tricep Pushdowns: 3X10 w/ triple drop

Machine Curls: 4X10

Rope Hammer Curls: 4X10

Incline DB Curls: 4X10

Hanging Knee Raises: 3X15

Swiss Ball Crunches: 3X15

Oblique Crunches: 3X15

Great pump today, I find myself becoming more and more driven every workout, when my body is completely healthy I'll feel unstoppable.
