Leg Ext: 4X10
Leg Press (high and wide): 4X10
Seated Leg Curls: 4X10
Squats did a number on me early, I am getting my strength back there, but like I've said before my squat is weak, I'm probably looking between 275-300 1RM right now, but I'm devoted to improving it. I think the biggest thing right now is getting my lower back healthy again so I can work on my squat and be able to deadlift once again, something I'm missing really bad.
