Seated Calf Raises: 6X12

Reverse Donkey Calf Raises: 6X12

Donkey Calf Raises:6X12

Hanging Leg Raises: 3X12

Cable Woodchoppers: 3X12

Cable Crunches: 3X12

Cable Kickbacks: 4X12

Overhead Cable Ext: 4X12

Wanted to hit the gym before I went to watch the Brock Lesnar fight, good workout, all calf exercises were done with 30 sec rest between sets. They were definitely shaking at the end of this one.
